Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

This privacy policy describes how and when I collect, use and share information when you purchase an item from me, when you contact me or when you use my services through Etsy.com or its related sites and services.
This privacy policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that are not dependent on me and that I do not control, including Etsy or third party services that you access through Etsy. 1. The personal information I collect

To complete your order, Etsy provides me with certain information about you with your permission, such as your name, email address, mailing address, payment details, and details of the product you have ordered. You may decide to provide me with additional personal information (for example to order a personalized jewel), if you contact me directly.

2. Why I need your information and how I use it

I need your information to provide my services, such as when I use your information to complete your order, to resolve disputes or to provide customer support. I may need it for compliance with legal obligations or a court order or in connection with a legal action. They could serve me for my legitimate interest (provided your rights or interests do not override), for example to provide and improve my services. I use your information to provide the services you have requested from me and in my legitimate interest to improve my services. I use your information as needed to comply with my obligations under Etsy's Seller Policy and Terms of Use.

3. Sharing of personal information

My customer information is important to my business. I will only share your personal information for limited reasons and circumstances, as follows:
• Etsy: I share information with Etsy as needed to provide you with my services and to comply with my obligations under the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use.
• Service Providers: I use trusted third parties to perform some functions and to provide services to my shop, such as a delivery company. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
• Business Transfers: Should I proceed to the sale or merger of my business, I may disclose your information as part of that transaction, but only to the extent permitted by law.
• Compliance with the law: I may collect, use, store and share your information if, in good faith, I reasonably believe it is necessary to: (a) respond to legal proceedings or government requests; (b) enforce contracts, conditions and regulations; (c) avoid, investigate and combat fraud, and other problems related to illegal activities, security or technical; or (d) protect the rights, property and safety of my customers, or others.

I will keep your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services, as indicated in my Privacy Policy. However, I may be required to retain such data to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce contracts. Generally, I keep your data for the following period of time: 4 years.

5. Transfers of personal information outside the EU

I may store and process your information through third party hosting services in the United States and other jurisdictions. As a result, I may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with data protection and government surveillance laws other than those in your jurisdiction. If I were to transfer your personal information outside the EU, I would rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.

Except in exceptional circumstances (such as where I am required to retain data for legal purposes), I generally delete personal information upon request.
• Opposition: You can object to (i) my processing some of your information based on my legitimate interest and (ii) receiving marketing messages from me after giving your explicit consent to receive them. In such cases, I will delete your personal information, unless I have compelling legitimate reasons to continue using such information or where it is necessary for legal reasons.
• Complaint: If you reside in the EU and wish to express a concern regarding the use of your information (and without prejudice to any rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
