RETURNS POLICY - PIERA ROMEO
In compliance with directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament, this is the Policy that PIERA ROMEO uses to inform the CUSTOMER about returns policy of PieraRomeoDesign.
Piera Romeo reminds the consumer that the Etsy pages are a proposal and not an offer from PIERA ROMEO.
PIERA ROMEO reserves the right to cancel an order at her complete discretion.
The order and the payment of the customer and the contract will not be regular until the acceptance of the order by Piera Romeo.
It is PIERA ROMEO's right to cancel an order if it does not have all the data necessary to make the chosen product (such as complete sizes).
The customer has the right to cancel the order within 12 hours of the purchase, notifying PIERA ROMEO with a written message and/or e-mail
The customer can exercise the right to return WITHIN 14 days of receiving the product.
THE CUSTOMER must inform PIERA ROMEO of his decision to withdraw from this agreement by message in the PIERA ROMEO shop on Etsy and by e-mail at piera.romeo@gmail.com. Etsy Conversations is the best way to communicate because communication records are available for Etsy administration.
THE CUSTOMER must return the item / items or any part there of WITHIN 14 DAYS of receipt.
The withdrawal period expires after 14 DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF THE ITEMS.
THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING COSTS.
THE CUSTOMER MUST USE A SHIPPING SERVICE WITH A TRACKING NUMBER TO BE COMMUNICATED IN ADVANCE TO PIERA ROMEO TO ALLOW THE TRACEABILITY OF THE PACKAGE.
The returned product must be in its initial condition, exactly as it was sent.
Once the item has been returned, inspected and checked by PIERA ROMEO, your refund will be issued between 3 and 5 working days.
The item must be returned in original condition. The Buyer is responsible for any loss in value, up to the full value of the order.
In accordance with Italian and European law, the returned item will be refunded along with the initial shipping costs which are included in the product price.
Buyers are responsible of ALL return shipping costs.
PIERA ROMEO does not accept returns or cancellations for:
-personalized items
- items on sale
- digital files.
This Policy applies to all EU and international countries.
PIERA ROMEO reserves the right to expand the POLICY in the event of modification and/or extension of Italian and European laws.
